Let us take care of your pet while you’re away.
We go above and beyond for our campers. Our heated and air-conditioned building allows your pet to have the comforts of home. Canine friends also have access to the great outdoors with plenty of opportunities for exercise and enrichment. We strive to make sure your family pet has a great experience.
We offer curbside pick-up and drop-off services to make sure that you’re time is valued. We also provide necessities such as bedding, food/water dishes, and slow feeders. Please note that we do not accept personal collars, leashes, bedding, food/water dishes, toys, etc.

10% Military & Law Enforcement Discount for active or retired members with proper ID. Military or Law Enforcement Active or Retired member must be present and named on reservation with proper ID.
FOR THE SAFETY OF YOUR PETS we reserve the right to separate dogs if staff determine that the dogs can no longer be safely housed together. If separation is necessary, the regular boarding rate will apply.
Pawsitive Home Stay Resort will not be liable for any altercation or incident between sharing pets that may take place.

If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment.
FOOD:
- Please write owner’s first & last name, your pet’s name, and any feeding instructions on the lid of the container with a black sharpie.
- All food must be stored in a container with a lockable clear lid.
- List how many cups for AM, how many cups for PM (Note: cup is a standard household measuring 1 cup)
- If traveling or going to be out of the country, be sure to send extra food for ALL days that your pet will be with us.
medication administration:
- FREE MEDICATION ADMINISTRATION
- Up to (3) medications per day (AM and/or PM)
- 75¢/slice – If we provide cheese
- $1.50/each – If we provide pill pocket

reservations
All reservations must be made in advance. We reserve the right to refuse boarding based on space, temperament, or vaccination requirements.
VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS
All pets must be up to date on Rabies, DHLPP or DAPPV, Leptospirosis, Canine Influenza (yearly) and Bordetella (every 6 months). VACCINES ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL SERVICES.
Bordetella Vaccination Policy
To help keep all dogs in our care safe and healthy, we require the following regarding Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccinations:
- Vaccination is required every 6 months.
- If your dog’s Bordetella vaccine is over 6 months but less than 1 year old, a booster is required prior to boarding or daycare.
- If the vaccine is expired beyond 1 year, or your dog has never received a Bordetella vaccine, there is a mandatory 3-week waiting period after vaccination before your dog can attend.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a safe environment for all pets.
Documentation of all vaccines must have date of vaccination given and vaccination expiration date is required before boarding.

health & behavior
All animals must be in good health and free of fleas, ticks, and contagious illnesses. We reserve the right to refuse any dog that displays agressive behavior.
payment
We accept cash, paypal, venmo, and all major credit cards (Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express). There is a 3.5% charge for payments made by credit card. No fee for cash payments.
Payment is due in full at the time of pickup. Additional charges may apply for late pickup, medications, or special care.
NOTE: Checks are not accepted.

Our boarding operates similarly to a traditional hotel to ensure fairness and consistency for all guests.
The day of check-in is charged as a full day, regardless of arrival time. If you choose an early check-out, you will not be charged for that day. Late check-outs beyond our designated policy time will incur an additional full day’s boarding charge.
We’re always happy to help you plan the best drop-off and pick-up times to fit your schedule while keeping your pet comfortable and well cared for.
First time boarders:
Please do early drop off so that we can get your pet well adjusted for their stay.

On any major holiday’s we will be closed the day before and the day of. We will open back up on the day after.
For example: we will close on the day before Christmas Eve, and open back up on the 26th of December, the day after Christmas.

There will be a $75 transportation fee to cover to and from the vet’s office.
Once your pet is taken care of, staff will contact the pet’s owner and explain the situation.

KENNELS
Dogs have complete access to inside and outside kennels.
- Inside kennels are 4×6″
- Outside kennels are 4×20″
- Fresh clean water is available 24/7 to all animals
iNSIDE PLAY AREA FLOORING
The dog play areas have been fitted with Epoxy flooring. Epoxy flooring is highly beneficial for dogs due to its seamless, non-porous surface, which prevents trapped pet dander, odors, and bacteria. It is incredibly scratch-resistant to animal claws and can be customized with a slip-resistant texture to protect pets from slipping and joint injuries.
- Superior Hygiene & Health: Because it is non-porous, epoxy does not absorb pet accidents, moisture, or drool. This prevents bacteria from multiplying, which minimizes lingering odors and allergens.
- Slip-Resistant Traction: Smooth epoxy can be slippery for pets, but professional installations often include aggregate additives (like quartz or decorative flakes). This creates a textured surface that provides excellent paw grip.

- $15 for 2nd cat sharing same condo
For those who are boarding with us, we provide:
- Bedding
- Food and water dishes
- Treats
- Slow feeders
- Fresh clean water is available 24/7 for all animals
We do not have any breed restrictions. But we will not board multiple large or giant breed dogs from the same household in a run together. We reserve the right to make this determination. There is no minimum for all boarding stays.

For a current boarding customer, to add on Daycare is $25/day.
